化痰调经丸对痰湿阻滞型PCOS患者的临床研究
Clinical Study on the Efficacy of Huatan Tiaojing Pill in Patients with Phlegm-Damp Obstruction Type Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of Huatan Tiaojing Pill in patients with phlegm-damp obstruction type Polycystic Ovary Syndrome(PCOS).Methods:A total of 92 patients with phlegm-damp obstruction type PCOS,who visited the Wuxi City Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2019 to April 2021,were enrolled.Patients were randomly divided into two groups:the Western medicine group and the combination therapy group,with 46 patients in each group.Both groups received routine health guidance.The Western medicine group was treated with metformin,while the combination therapy group received metformin in combination with Huatan Tiaojing Pill.The obesity indicators,glucose metabolism indicators,lipid metabolism indicators,sex hormone levels,and the incidence of adverse reactions at 3 months after treatment were analyzed.Results:After treatment,the BMI,WHR,FPG,FINS,and HOMA-IR of the combination therapy group were significantly lower than those of the Western medicine group(P<0.01).Three months after treatment,the combination therapy group showed lower levels of TC,TG,LEP,T,LH,DHEAS,and LH/FSH ratio,as well as higher levels of APN,compared to the Western medicine group(P<0.01).There were no significant differences in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Huatan Tiaojing Pill and metformin is an effective and safe treatment for phlegm-damp obstruction type PCOS.It can effectively regulate endocrine levels and metabolic function,thereby improving the quality of life of patients.关键词
