益胃解毒汤治疗气虚血瘀型慢性萎缩性胃炎临床疗效观察
Clinical Efficacy of Yiwei Jiedu Decoction in the Treatment of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of Yiwei Jiedu Decoction on Qi deficiency and blood stasis type chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods:A total of 78 patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type chronic atrophic gastritis,admitted to Rugao City Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from July 2022 to October 2023,were selected and randomly divided into two groups:the conventional treatment group and the study group,with 39 cases in each group.The conventional treatment group received routine quadruple therapy,while the study group was treated with Yiwei Jiedu Decoction in addition to conventional treatment.The two groups were compared in terms of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,serological indices,recovery time,clinical efficacy,and adverse reactions.Results:After treatment,the TCM syndrome score in the study group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.01).The levels of gastric pepsinogen Ⅰ(PG-Ⅰ)and the ratio of PG-Ⅰ/PG-Ⅱ in the study group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.01).After treatment,levels of TL-6 and TNFR1 decreased in both groups(P<0.05),with the study group showing a significantly greater reduction(P<0.01).Both groups showed an increase in G-17 levels(P<0.05),with the study group showing a higher increase(P<0.01).The time for symptoms such as fatigue,epigastric fullness,and stomach pain to resolve was shorter in the study group than in the conventional group(P<0.01).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than in the conventional group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was similar between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yiwei Jiedu Decoction can improve the serological indices,reduce TCM syndrome scores,shorten recovery time,and enhance clinical efficacy with high safety in the treatment of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type chronic atrophic gastritis.关键词
