冬肾丸对于血液透析气阴两虚证患者营养状况的临床观察
Clinical Observation of the Effect of Dongshen Pill on Nutritional Status in Patients with Qi and Yin Deficiency Syndrome Undergoing Hemodialysis

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Dongshen Pill on improving the nutritional status of patients with Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome undergoing hemodialysis.Methods:A total of 60 patients receiving hemodialysis at The First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine from June 2023 to December 2023 were selected.The patients were randomly divided into two groups:the control group and the observation group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received conventional basic nutritional support,while the observation group received the same in addition to Dongshen Pill.The changes in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,nutritional indicators,the Subjective Global Assessment(PG-SGA)score,blood lipids,and quality of life(SF-36)scores were compared before and after treatment,along with the clinical efficacy after 6 months of treatment.Results:After treatment,within-group comparisons showed that the TCM syndrome scores,transferrin(TRF),PG-SGA score,and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)levels significantly decreased in both groups(P<0.05).Albumin(ALB),hemoglobin(Hb),SF-36 score in all dimensions,total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)levels significantly increased(P<0.05).The improvement was more pronounced in the observation group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than the 73.33%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dongshen Pill can help improve the nutritional status,regulate blood lipids,and enhance the quality of life in patients with Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome undergoing hemodialysis.关键词
