中医药调控肿瘤相关巨噬细胞干预卵巢癌的研究进展
Research Progress on Traditional Chinese Medicine in Regulating Tumor-Associated Macrophages for the Intervention of Ovarian Cancer

Abstract
Ovarian cancer(OC)has a hidden onset,poor prognosis,and the highest mortality rate among gynecological malignancies.Tumor-associated macrophages(TAMs),as the most abundant immune cell population in the tumor microenvironment,play a crucial role in the initiation,progression,and chemoresistance of OC.Under the influence of different factors,TAMs polarize into anti-tumor M1-type or pro-tumor M2-type macrophages.M2-type TAMs regulate OC cell proliferation,apoptosis,invasion,and metastasis by expressing immunosuppressive factors,chemokines,and growth factors,promoting the formation of an immunosuppressive microenvironment and chemoresistance,thus accelerating OC progression.At the same time,OC can promote the recruitment of TAMs,their polarization into M2-type,and the expression of related factors,further advancing OC development.Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)is widely used and has shown significant efficacy in the treatment of OC.This paper discusses the interaction mechanisms between TAMs and OC,as well as the progress in TCM regulation of TAMs in the treatment of OC,with the aim of providing new perspectives for TCM-based therapy of OC.关键词
