龙胆泻肝汤结合雷火灸治疗慢性前列腺炎/慢性骨盆疼痛综合征的随机对照研究
Randomized Controlled Study of Longdan Xiegan Decoction(龙胆泻肝汤)Combined with Thunder-Fire Moxibustion in Treatment of Chronic Prostatitis/Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome

Abstract
Objective To study the effect of Longdan Xiegan Decoction(龙胆泻肝汤)combined with thunder-fire moxibus-tion in the treatment of chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome.Methods A total of 160 patients with chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome diagnosed and treated from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were randomly divided into four groups:western medicine group,western medicine+thunder fire moxibustion group,Chinese medicine group and Chinese medicine+thunder fire moxibustion group,with 40 cases in each group.The efficacy,pain symptom score(VAS),international prostate symptom score(IPSS),international erec-tile function score-5(IIEF-5),the maximum urinary flow rate(Qmax),urine volume(VV),prostate-specific extracellular vesicle protein(PSEP)and adverse reactions of the four groups were observed and compared.Results The total effective rates of the western medicine group,the western medicine+thunder fire moxibustion group,the Chinese medicine group and the Chinese medicine+thunder fire moxibustion group were 80.00％(32/40),87.50％(35/40),77.50％(31/40)and 97.50％(39/40),respectively,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the VAS and IPSS scores of the four groups decreased,and the IIEF-5 scores increased,and the scores of the traditional Chinese medicine+thun-der fire moxibustion group changed more significantly(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in Qmax,VV or PSEP a-mong the four groups before treatment(P＞0.05).After treatment,the values of Qmax and VV of the four groups were signifi-cantly increased,and PSEP levels were significantly decreased.The values of Qmax and VV in the Chinese medicine+thunder fire moxibustion group were the highest,and the PSEP level was the lowest.Compared with those of the other three groups,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of Longdan Xiegan Decoction combined with thunder-fire moxibustion in the treatment of chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome is significant.It can significantly relieve the symptoms of patients,improve their urination and sexual dysfunction,and has good safety and high application value.关键词
