右归丸与金匮肾气丸对肾阳虚小鼠免疫器官及精子质量影响的比较研究
Comparative Study on the Effects of Yougui Pill and Jinkui Shenqi Pill on Immune Organs and Sperm Quality in Mice with Kidney-Yang Deficiency

Abstract
Objective:To explore the differential effects of Yougui Pill and Jinkui Shenqi Pill on immune organs and sperm quality in mice with kidney-Yang deficiency.Methods:A total of 28 Kunming male mice(one died during the study)were randomly divided into four groups:normal group(6 mice),model group,Jinkui group,and Yougui group(7 mice each).Except for the normal group,all groups were subjected to a compound modeling method for 4 days,involving oral administration of hydrocortisone,alarm audio playback,and forced swimming.The Jinkui group(0.02 g/10 g)and the Yougui group(0.018 g/10 g)were administered corresponding drug suspensions.During the experiment,body weight,body temperature,and mental state were observed and recorded daily.On the fifth day,endurance and cold resistance tests were conducted by measuring tail-loaded swimming survival time in ice water.The mice were then sacrificed to collect thymus and spleen weights for organ index calculations.Epididymal sperm quality was assessed using a hemocytometer.Results:After 4 days of modeling and drug administration,kidney-Yang deficiency symptoms appeared in both the model and treatment groups.Compared with the normal group,the model group showed significantly lower thymus index,spleen index,sperm survival rate,and sperm count(P<0.05).Compared with the model group,the Yougui group exhibited significantly higher sperm motility at grades 0,Ⅰ,and Ⅲ,as well as improved sperm survival rate and count(P<0.05).Compared with the Jinkui group,the Yougui group showed significantly higher sperm motility at grades Ⅰ and Ⅲ and improved sperm survival rate(P<0.01).There was no statistically significant difference in the survival time of mice in the tail-loaded swimming test in ice water among the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Both Yougui Pill and Jinkui Shenqi Pill effectively treat kidney-Yang deficiency,but Yougui Pill demonstrates superior efficacy in improving immune function and sperm quality compared to Jinkui Shenqi Pill.关键词
