Discussion on the Staging and Differentiated Treatment of Thyroid Nodules Based on the Theory of"Yang Transforming Qi and Yin Forming Shape"

Abstract
Based on the theory of"Yang transforming Qi and Yin forming shape,"insufficient Yang transformation of Qi leads to abnormal Qi transformation in the body,causing excessive accumulation of Yin pathogens such as phlegm,blood stasis,and turbid toxins,which result in nodular diseases.This paper explores the characteristics of Yin-Yang imbalance in the occurrence,development,and postoperative stages of thyroid nodules.It argues that when the nodule first appears,excessive Yin results in the formation of the nodule;as the nodule progresses,excessive Yin transforms into toxin;after surgery,Yin deficiency and Yang weakness occur.The paper proposes the following treatment principles:"Warm Yang and regulate Qi to dissipate the nodule"for the initial stage,"Warm Yang to transform turbidity and detoxify"for the progression stage,and"Regulate Yin and Yang"for the postoperative stage.关键词
