化痰通络方联合醒脑开窍针法对痰瘀阻络型脑卒中后肩手综合征患者的影响
Effects of Huatan Tongluo Formula Combined with"Xingnao Kaiqiao"Acupuncture Method on Patients with Phlegm-stasis Obstructing Collaterals Type Post-Stroke Shoulder-Hand Syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of a Huatan Tongluo Formula combined with the"Xingnao Kaiqiao"acupuncture method on limb motor function,blood rheological parameters,and serum-related factors in patients with phlegm-stasis obstructing collaterals type post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome.Methods:A total of 96 patients with phlegm-stasis obstructing collaterals type post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome were selected from Hubei City People's Hospital according to the inclusion criteria and randomly divided into an acupuncture group and a combined treatment group,with 48 patients in each group.Both groups received routine rehabilitation training.The acupuncture group was treated with the"Xingnao Kaiqiao"acupuncture method,and the combined treatment group received the Huatan Tongluo formula in addition to the acupuncture treatment.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores,limb motor function(U-FMA score,SHSS score),blood rheological parameters(whole blood high-shear viscosity,whole blood low-shear viscosity,plasma viscosity),serum-related factors(ET-1,SP,BK,CGRP),and cortical oxygenation(O2Hb)were compared before and after treatment.Results:Compared with pre-treatment,both groups showed a significant decrease in SHSS scores and TCM syndrome scores(P<0.05),and a significant increase in U-FMA scores(P<0.05).Whole blood high-shear viscosity,whole blood low-shear viscosity,plasma viscosity,ET-1,SP,and BK levels all significantly decreased(P<0.05),while CGRP levels significantly increased(P<0.05),and O2Hb levels significantly increased(P<0.05).The improvement of these indicators in the combined treatment group was better than in the acupuncture group(P<0.01,P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate in the combined treatment group was 91.67%(44/48),which was higher than the acupuncture group's 77.08%(37/48)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Huatan Tongluo formula combined with the"Xingnao Kaiqiao"acupuncture method can regulate cortical oxygen levels and serum-related factor levels in patients with phlegm-stasis obstructing collaterals type post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome,improve limb motor function and clinical symptoms,regulate blood rheological parameters,and enhance clinical efficacy.关键词
