益气健脾利水方对脾气虚弱、水湿内停型慢性心力衰竭患者血浆脑钠肽与心肌酶谱水平的影响
Effects of Yiqi Jianpi Lishui Decoction on Plasma Brain Natriuretic Peptide and Myocardial Enzyme Profile in Patients with Spleen Qi Deficiency and Water-Damp Retention Type Chronic Heart Failure

Abstract
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Yiqi Jianpi Lishui Decoction on chronic heart failure(CHF)of spleen Qi deficiency and water-damp retention type,and analyze its effects on plasma brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)and myocardial enzyme profile.Methods:A total of 106 CHF patients meeting the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a research group,with 53 patients in each group using block randomization.The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment,while the research group received the same plus Yiqi Jianpi Lishui Decoction.The clinical efficacy,plasma BNP,cardiac troponin I(cTnI),myocardial enzyme profile,and cardiac function indicators were compared before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate in the research group was 90.57%(48/53),which was significantly higher than the control group's 67.92%(36/53)(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with pre-treatment,BNP,cTnI,lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),aspartate transaminase(AST),creatine kinase-MB(CK-MB),creatine kinase(CK),LV end-systolic diameter(LVSED),LV end-diastolic diameter(LVDED),and LV mass index(LVMI)all decreased(P<0.05),while left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and E/A ratio increased(P<0.05).Additionally,the levels of BNP,cTnI,LDH,AST,CK-MB,CK,LVSED,LVDED,and LVMI in the research group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),while LVEF and E/A were higher in the research group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Jianpi Lishui Decoction can improve the clinical efficacy of CHF,lower plasma BNP and cTnI levels,protect the myocardium,and improve cardiac function.关键词
