中医药治疗桥本甲状腺炎的临床和作用机制研究进展
Clinical and Mechanistic Research Progress on Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Hashimoto Thyroiditis
摘要
Abstract
Hashimoto thyroiditis(HT)is an autoimmune disease and a common endocrine disorder that severely affects patients' quality of life.Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)plays a significant role in the treatment of HT,offering advantages such as safety and effectiveness.This paper reviews recent research on TCM treatment for HT and identifies various treatment methods,including oral Chinese medicine,acupuncture,and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.TCM has high acceptance and non-dependency,reducing the adverse effects of solely using Western medicine and alleviating clinical symptoms.The therapeutic mechanisms of TCM are closely related to the regulation of the balance between Treg and Th17 cells,reduction of oxidative stress,modulation of gut microbiota,and delay of thyroid cell apoptosis.关键词
