摘要

Abstract

In order to reduce the harmful substances in cigarette gas,the composite filter was studied by combining acetate fiber with hemoglobin-coated melamine foam.The adsorption capacity of hemoglobin-coated foam on harmful substances of cigarette gas was checked by a simulating smoking device.A composite filter simulation model was designed and constructed by a computational fluid dynamics method.The volume fraction of cigarette gas component and system variations were explored in detail.The results showed that the modified foam could effectively reduce harmful substances in cigarette gas.According to the simulation,hemoglobin modification was an effective method to reduce harmful substances in the cigarette gas,and had relatively less impact on the drop of cigarette gas pressure.
