摘要
Abstract
Extracellular vesicles are collectively referred to as various vesicle structures with membrane structures released by cells.Their contents include transmembrane proteins,lipids,cytoskeletal structural proteins,enzymes,transcription factors,DeoxyriboNucleic Acid,Ribonucleic Acid,and other substances.It is widely found in blood,cerebrospinal fluid and other body fluids.EV can promote intercellular communication,affect the homeostasis and function of the brain,and promote the progression of neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's disease.This review discusses the research of EV in AD in this field.关键词
