Research on the Inheritance of Anshun Wax Printing Culture Based on Intellectual Property Protection
摘要
Abstract
Due to the weak legal awareness of inheritors,rampant infringement,high cost of rights protection for inheritors,inadequate government services,and the ineffective role of industry associations,there are limitations and difficulties in the inheritance of Anshun wax printing culture,such as the imper-fect intellectual property legal system,and the contradiction between commercialization and skill inherit-ance.It is suggested to promote the inheritance and protection of Anshun Wax printing culture through strengthening legal publicity,improving government services,leveraging the role of industry associations,and enhancing the awareness of rights protection among inheritors.关键词
