北京市域养老服务设施空间分布特征及影响因素
Characteristics of Spatial Agglomeration of Elderly Service Facilities in Beijing Municipality and Influencing Factors

Abstract
With the aging of society in recent years,more attention has been paid to urban elderly service facilities and their spatial distribution.The spatial distribution of senior care facilities also has an important impact on the quality of cities and the improvement of senior care services.Focusing on the key issue of the spatial agglomeration characteristics of elderly service facilities,taking Beijing,a city with a high degree of aging,as an example,the spatial distribution characteristics of elderly service facilities in the Beijing area are analysed by collecting data on the elderly population and elderly service facilities in Beijing,and the multi-scale geographically-weighted regression analyses are carried out to explore the factors affecting them with the help of the kernel density analysis method,spatial autocorrelation,and other methods.The results show that the elderly service facilities in Beijing exhibit a clustered distribution pattern,which is the result of a combination of factors such as the density of elderly population,GDP,the richness of the types of elderly service facilities,and public transport stations,etc.There are differences in the strength of the explanation of the distribution of elderly service facilities in different geographic spaces by social,economic,and transport factors.关键词
