环境正义视角下公园绿地空间公平性评价及布局优化研究
Research on Fairness Evaluation and Layout Optimization of Park Green Space from the Perspective of Environmental Justice:A Case Study of the Built Up Area in Hefei

Abstract
Urban park green spaces are an important component of cities,which can play an ecological role,improve the living environment,and promote sustainable development.However,the current allocation of park green spaces focuses more on the setting of per capita indicators,neglecting the fairness of facility allocation in cities.Based on the perspective of environmental justice,utilizing GoogleMap and big data,the spatial distribution patterns of urban park green spaces in the built-up areas of Hefei are analysed by using GIS,as well as vulnerable groups such as low-income and elderly populations.The accessibility of urban park green spaces is calculated using the Gaussian two-step mobile search method,and the fairness of park green spaces is further studied.The results indicate that:low income populations cluster in labor-intensive industrial areas and low rent housing areas,while elderly populations cluster in old urban areas and high-density community areas.The spatial distribution of urban park green spaces presents a"multi center,clustered"spatial distribution characteristic.Overall,there is a clear spatial differentiation in the fairness of park green spaces for two types of people in the built-up areas of Hefei,and the fairness needs to be improved.Finally,according to the actual situation,the optimization suggestions of urban park green space layout from five aspects are put forward in the paper.关键词
