养生时间及浸水对聚氨酯混凝土性能的影响规律研究
Impact of Curing Time and Water Immersion on the Performance of Polyurethane Concrete

Abstract
Polyurethane concrete is a low-carbon and durable paving material that uses polyurethane instead of asphalt as a binder.The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of curing time,immersion temperature,and immersion time on the road performance and mechanical properties of polyurethane concrete.Firstly,the deterioration trend of the properties of polyurethane concrete was investigated under continuous and intermittent water immersion.Subsequently,the influence degree of above three factors was quantified through significance analysis.Finally,a model for predicting the performance degradation of polyurethane concrete was put forward.The results showed that the shorter the curing time,the higher the immersion temperature,and the longer the immersion time,the weaker the various properties of polyurethane concrete.After each intermittent immersion,all performance indicators are recovered to a certain extent,and reached 12%~13%after multiple cycles.Moreover,the curing time and immersion time exerted significant influences on the performance of polyurethane concrete,while the immersion temperature has no significant effect.Furthermore,a decay prediction model for the performance of polyurethane concrete under continuous immersion conditions was established,with a goodness of fit R2>0.90.关键词
