工程项目质量管理系统内的监理动力研究
Research on the Motivation of Supervision in Quality Management System of Construction Projects
摘要
Abstract
The supervision system started late in our country,and the supervision and management of project quality is basically limited to the construction stage.Therefore,the research on the management dynamics of construction supervision is of important practical significance.The PDCA cycle theory is used to establish the dynamic model of quality supervision management in construction phase of construction project.The organizational relationship among supervisors,owners and contractors in the dynamic model system are studied,the motivation of supervision quality supervision from supervisors themselves,owners and contractors are studied,and the strategy of improving the motivation in the supervision and management system is put torward.The results showe it could effectively improve the quality management function of supervision.关键词
