基于津液链气化失调论治原发性膜性肾病的临床体会
Clinical experience of treating primary membranous nephropathy based on the theory of imbalance of the body fluid chain gasification
摘要
Abstract
Membranous nephropathy is the most common cause of nephrotic syndrome in adults.Currently,the pathogenesis of primary membranous nephropathy remains unclear,leading to a lack of effective drug treatments.Based on clinical practice and the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)theory of the body fluid chain,this study elucidates its concept and operational mechanisms,with a focus on the etiology,pathogenesis,symptom characteristics,treatment principles,and therapeutic approaches related to body fluid chain gasification disorders.Considering the characteristics of primary membranous nephropathy,this study provides a detailed exposition of the theoretical framework,treatment principles,and medicinal approach for managing the disease from the perspective of body fluid chain gasification disorders.These findings lay the foundation for further in-depth and standardized research on the TCM-based diagnosis and treatment system for primary membranous nephropathy.关键词
