茶叶标准物质的研究进展
Research Progress of Reference Materials in Tea
摘要
Abstract
Tea reference materials play an important role in ensuring the quality and safety of tea products,complying with plant quarantine and trade restrictions and protecting consumers.This paper refered to the situation of tea reference materials included in the databases of COMAR,National Institute of Standards and Technology(NIST),EU countries,Japan,and China National Reference Materials Resource Sharing Platform,and summarized the current situation of reference materials in the tea industry at home and abroad.By analyzing the relationship between tea reference materials and tea standard,combined with the retrieved domestic and foreign literature data,pointed out the characteristics of tea reference materials in China and made prospects.关键词
