茶树新品种'径山2号'选育研究
Research on Breeding of New Tea Cultivar Jingshan 2(Camellia sinensis)

Abstract
Camellia sinensis cv.'Jingshan 2'is a new tea cultivar bred from the Jingshan Jiukeng population through single plant selection and systematic breeding.The cultivar belongs to shrub type,small leaf type,and medium sprouting time in the spring season with light green new shoot,and it has the characteristics of neat germination consistent flushing time,high yield and prominent floral fragrance;Rich in contained substances,with 51.70%water extracts,18.60%tea polyphenols,4.30%amino acids,and 2.80%caffeine;Suitable for processing green tea,especially suitable for processing famous teas with curled appearance such as Jingshan tea.It has a fine and tight appearance with vibrant emerald green color,and white hair,clear and bright liquor color,high and refreshing aroma with prominent floral fragrance,mellow and sweet taste,and tender and even infused leaves.It has strong resistance to drought,disease and insect,and has medium resistance to cold,suitable for planting and promotion in tea areas with similar climatic conditions as Zhejiang.关键词
