Cultivation of Digital Craftsmen in the Context of New Quality Productive Forces:New Mission,New Connotation,and New Path
摘要
Abstract
Digital craftsmen actively embrace the new mission of adapting to transformations in education,digitalization,and industry,constantly meeting the demand for skilled talents in new industries,new business models.Digital craftsmen belong to the intermediate echelon of outstanding engineers,national-level master artisans,and highly skilled talents,whose structural elements include the production capacity for industrial digital transformation,the digital capacity to utilize big data and artificial intelligence,and the innovation capacity to delve into the technological upgrading of traditional industries.For this reason,the cultivation of digital craftsmen to adapt to the new quality productive forces should pay attention to the joint participation of the government,schools,enterprises and other stakeholders to enhance production capacity as the basis for consolidating the talents foundation of digital craftsmen;to strengthen digital capacity as a means of fostering the talents literacy of digital craftsmen;and to promote the innovation capacity as the goal,leading the talents revitalization of digital craftsmen.关键词
