高职院校深化市域产教联合体人才培养研究
Research on Talent Cultivation in Higher Vocational Colleges Deepening Municipal Industry-Education Consortium
摘要
Abstract
Talent cultivation serves as the core function and main objective of municipal industry-education consortium,relying mainly on the pivotal role of higher vocational colleges.This study utilizes the 2023 Annual Report on the Quality of China's Higher Vocational Education from these 30 higher vocational colleges as the source of data,and the text was processed using NVivo12 qualitative software.After systematically analyzing the text,it was found that the municipal industry-education consortium were mainly involved in two dimensions:cultivation objectives and cultivation mechanisms.The focused is on the five aspects of talent cultivation practices:student development,collaborative cultivation,internship practice,industry-education integration,and seamless educational pathway.Meanwhile,issues such as deviation in the service target of the cultivation goals,unclear responsibilities of collaborative cultivation entities,and insufficient professional practice among teachers within the municipal industry-education consortium during collaborative talent cultivation efforts are identified.In the future,how to solve the problems of talent cultivation and strengthen and improve the quality of cultivation of technical and skilled talents is the focus of the construction of municipal industry-education consortium.关键词
