The Organizational Governance and Operational Governance of Integration Between Industry and Education in Higher Vocational Education

Abstract
In the context of industrial transformation and upgrading,as well as the pursuit of high-quality development in higher vocational education,strengthening the organizational governance and operational governance of the integration between industry and education in higher vocational education holds significant importance for fostering deep integration between industry and education and enhancing the multipartite collaborative efficiency.Drawing upon an analysis of the concepts and connotations of organizational governance and operational governance,we have constructed an analytical framework specifically for the governance of the integration between industry and education in higher vocational education.Within this framework,multipartite collaborative organizational governance and operational governance that enhances empowerment and efficiency are mutually supportive,collectively advancing the integration between industry and education in higher vocational education.As for concrete promotional strategies,at the organizational governance level,the quality of integration between industry and education in higher vocational education can be improved by enhancing decision-making,order-maintenance,rights-and-responsibilities clarification,and supervisory mechanisms.At the operational governance level,governance efficiency can be bolstered through the advancement of communication and coordination mechanisms,incentive and restraint systems,dispute resolution procedures,and evaluation and feedback mechanisms,thereby ensuring the sustainable and healthy development of integration between industry and education in higher vocational education.关键词
