韩国专业技术硕士研究生培养机制研究
Study on the Mechanism of Cultivating Professional and Technical Master's Graduates in the Republic of Korea

Abstract
In order to address the challenges posed by intensifying global competition,a declining school-age population,and industrial structural transformation,the Republic of Kore launched the meister university college program in 2021.As a pivotal initiative in the reform of higher vocational education in the Republic of Kore,this program plays an important role in upgrading vocational education standards and adjusting the internal hierarchical structure.In practice,the Republic of Kore has enhanced the cultivation program for professional and technical master's graduates across four dimensions:professional orientation,curriculum system,teaching methodology,and project guarantees.This enhancement is oriented towards integration and innovation,guided by the principle of level articulation,centered around practical teaching and grounded in legal improvement.Drawing on the Republic of Kore's experience,the development of master's graduates level vocational education in China can focus on establishing"integrated"cutting-edge,emerging cross-disciplinary specialties,constructing a"spiral"constructing a spiral system for connecting undergraduate and graduate courses,promoting a"project-based"practical teaching mode and strengthening the"guaranteed"master's graduates training path.关键词
