循经足浴透药法治疗混合痔术后不适101例临床观察
Clinical effect of transdermal drug delivery through foot bath along the meridians in treatment of discomfort after mixed hemorrhoid surgery:An analysis of 101 cases

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of transdermal drug delivery through foot bath along the meridians in the treatment of discomfort after mixed hemorrhoid surgery.Methods:A total of 208 patients with sleep disorders and anxiety after Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy for mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into treat-ment group and control group,with 104 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given traditional transdermal drug delivery through foot bath,and those in the treatment group were given transdermal drug delivery through foot bath along the meridians in addition to the treatment in the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score,Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality In-dex(PSQI)score,and 36-Item Short-Form Health Survey(SF-36)score after 14 days of treatment.Results:Three patients in the treatment group and two in the control group were lost to follow-up during treatment.Both groups had a significant reduction in VAS score on days 3,5,7,and 14 of treatment,as well as significant reductions in SAS and PQSI scores and a significant increase in SF-36 score after treatment,and the treatment group had significantly better results than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Transdermal drug delivery through foot bath along the meridians can effectively alleviate anxiety and pain after mixed hemorrhoid surgery,and the application of this method in the ear-ly stage after surgery can help to improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
