抑囊助孕汤治疗多囊卵巢综合征伴胰岛素抵抗脾虚痰湿证30例
Clinical effect of Yinang Zhuyun decoction in treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome with insulin resistance with the syndrome of spleen deficiency and phlegm-dampness:An analysis of 30 cases

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Yinang Zhuyun decoction in the treatment of poly-cystic ovary syndrome with insulin resistance(PCOS-IR)with the syndrome of spleen deficiency and phlegm-dampness.Methods:A total of 60 patients with PCOS-IR were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given dydrogesterone combined with metformin,while those in the treatment group were given Yinang Zhuyun decoction in addition to the treatment in the control group;the course of treatment was 3 menstrual cycles for both groups.The two groups were compared in terms of body mass index(BMI),sex hormone indicators[testosterone(T),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),and LH/FSH ratio],IR indicators[fasting insulin(FINS),fasting blood glucose(FBG),and homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance(HOMA-IR)],and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,both groups had significant reductions in BMI,T,LH,LH/FSH ratio,FINS,FBG,HOMA-IR,and TCM syndrome score,and the treatment group had sig-nificantly lower values than the control group(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01);there was no significant change in serum FSH in either group after treatment(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Yinang Zhuyun decoction combined with metformin and dydrogesterone for the treatment of PCOS-IR can improve reproductive endocrine disorders,reduce BMI,and im-prove abnormal glucose metabolism and insulin resistance.关键词
