基于数据挖掘探讨万友生治疗外感病的用药规律
Medication rule of Wan Yousheng in treatment of exogenous diseases:A study based on data mining

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the medication rule of prescriptions in A Selection of Wan Yousheng Medical Records in the treatment of exogenous diseases based on data mining.Methods:The medical records of exogenous diseases in A Selection of Wan Yousheng Medical Records were reviewed and screened to establish a standardized database,and Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing System(V3.5)was used for statistical analysis.Results:A total of 70 medical records were included,involving 70 prescriptions and 143 effective traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)drugs,with a cumulative frequency of use of 761 times,and high-frequency TCM drugs included Radix Glycyrrhizae,Radix Pae-oniae Alba,Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.,Ephedrae Herba,and Semen Armeniacae Amarum.Most drugs used were deficiency-tonifying and exterior syndrome-relieving drugs,with a warm or cold nature and a sweet or bitter taste,and they mainly entered the lung,spleen,and stomach meridians.The association rule analysis obtained 14 high-frequency drug combinations,and the cluster analysis obtained 4 core drug combinations.Conclusion:Wan Yousheng pays attention to the dynamic change of pathogenesis during the treatment of exogenous diseases,focuses on the unification of cold and warm e-vils,and generally follows the principles of taking care of the spleen and the stomach,relieving fever with sweet and warm,and strengthening vital Qi and eliminating pathogens.Therefore,it holds promise for clinical application.关键词
