Abstract
Objective:To investigate the medication rule of national Chinese medicine masters of the first and second batches in the syndrome differentiation-based treatment of heart system diseases based on data mining.Methods:Related prescriptions for the treatment of heart system diseases were collected from Prescriptions for Specialty Diseases by National Chinese Medicine Masters,and Microsoft Excel 2019,SPSS Modeler 18.0,and SPSS Statistics 25.0 were used to analyze the medication rule.Results:A total of 133 prescriptions for the treatment of heart system diseases were included,involving 201 traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)drugs,and there were 25 TCM drugs with a frequency of ≥2 times.The drugs for the treatment of heart system diseases mainly had a neutral or warm nature and a sweet,bitter,or pungent taste,and they mainly entered the heart,lung,spleen,and liver meridians.The modified prescription of Guipi decoction was the core prescription for the treatment of heart system diseases.The cluster analysis obtained 4 high-frequency drug clusters.Conclusion:In the syndrome differentiation-based treatment of heart system diseases,the national Chinese medicine mas-ters of the first and second batches mainly use tonifying drugs and consider the application of blood-activating and stasis-resolving drugs,Qi-regulating drugs,and phlegm-eliminating drugs based on the excess in superficiality such as stasis,stagnation,or phlegm,which reflects the thinking of"treatment aiming at its root causes and treating both manifestation and root cause of disease"in clinical practice.关键词
