摘要

Abstract

Renewable energies are being connected to the distribution system in a decentralized manner,posing challenges to the flexibility and adaptability of the distribution system due to their power characteristics and strong randomness.To this end,this paper studies an event-driven differentiated dispatch and control method for the flexible distribution system,simulates the actual operation dynamics of the distribution system and addresses the lack of adaptability caused by the fixed and single operation mode in the complex working conditions.By extracting the intrinsic operation characteristics of the system and considering urgent needs of the distribution network,the dispatch and control demands for the flexible distribution system are divided into typical events such as voltage safety,demand response,stochastic warning,and high operation loss.Various events are independent of each other and have customizable external characteristics.Based on finite state transitions and considering multiple dispatch and control demands,an event-driven mechanism is designed to flexibly regulate resources in the system in real time,realizes the response and processing of system operation events,and achieves differentiated dispatch and control.Simulation analysis validates that the proposed method can flexibly respond to differentiated dispatch and control demands,reduce the probability of voltage overlimit and operation losses,respond to the main network demand,support the integration of large-scale renewable energy,thereby improving the safe and economic operation level of the distribution system,and ensuring the large-scale accommodation of renewable energy on the power distribution and consumption sides.
