Coordinated Planning for AC/DC Hybrid Distribution Networks Considering Equilibrium Between Economy and Resilience

Abstract
The widespread integration of new sources and loads makes the AC/DC hybrid distribution network a new form of distribution system development in the future.Implementing flexible network interconnection and power mutual assistance through power electronic devices can effectively enhance the resilience of the distribution network and reduce the huge power outage losses caused by extreme disasters.A Nash equilibrium based coordinated planning method for AC/DC hybrid distribution networks is proposed to address the problem of difficulty in balancing the economy and resilience of distribution networks in planning models due to differences in dimensions,magnitudes and scales.Firstly,the influence of DC network on the economics and resilience is analyzed in two scenarios of normal operation and extreme disaster.Secondly,the economics and resilience indicators are described and the method for balancing economics and resilience based on Nash equilibrium is proposed.Finally,the optimal planning model of AC/DC hybrid distribution network is established and solved by taking the balanced economics and resilience as the objective function.Simulation analysis and comparative verification of the proposed method are conducted using actual cases.Results show that the proposed method can give full play to the advantages of flexible interconnection of DC network and enhance the resilience of the distribution network within a reasonable investment limit.关键词
