Abstract

In the existing active restoration strategy for distribution networks,the inherent conflict exists when limited-capacity grid-forming power sources play the role of energy and inertia support at the same time,which leads to insufficient utilization of network resources and poor restoration effect.Therefore,this paper carefully considers the multiple support capabilities of grid-forming power sources,and proposes the active restoration strategy for distribution networks based on spatial-temporal reconfiguration of grid-forming power sources.Firstly,the dispatching concept of reconfiguration of grid-forming power source participating in distribution network restoration is proposed,which takes grid-forming power source as the starting point of partition and collaborates with new energy units to form a multi-zone sustainable power supply situation.Secondly,considering the switching and the uncertainty of the source and load,the frequency indices of the system under dynamic disturbance in the process of partition expansion are analyzed,and the supporting role of grid-forming power sources in inertia,primary frequency regulation and load power is taken into account.Then,to solve the problem of uncertain partition caused by multiple power source reconfiguration,based on the idea of virtual power supply agent,the partitioned network extension model involving multiple grid-forming power sources is established,and the total recovery model is formed by combining the extension constraints.Finally,the results of a numerical case prove the feasibility and superiority of the proposed strategy.
