Comprehensive Identification of Critical Lines Considering System State and Fault Response Capability

Abstract
Existing research commonly focuses on identifying critical lines from the perspective of power system topology and physical operation,while lacking consideration of the active resilience capability of systems under fault conditions.To this end,a method for identifying critical transmission lines in power grids that integrates system state and fault response capability is proposed.The aim is to comprehensively evaluate the importance of transmission lines by considering multiple influencing factors.Firstly,considering the economic and rapid nature of blocking control measures,a min-max response capability model and an efficient solution method based on temporal and spatial dimensions are proposed to represent the system's response capability after a line fault.Then,taking into account the system's topological structure,power flow distribution state,and fault response capability,a comprehensive identification index and method that integrates multiple factors are proposed to fully assess the impact of line faults on the system.Finally,the proposed method is simulated and analyzed using the IEEE 39 bus system.The results show that identifying high-risk critical lines through sequential disconnection can significantly reduce the network efficiency of the system and tripping the top 10 critical lines in order can reduce the network efficiency to below 40%,verifying the reasonableness and effectiveness of the proposed method.关键词
