Abstract
Strengthening organized scientific research,enhancing the capacity to serve national develop-ment strategies,promoting technological innovation in agricultural colleges and universities,and foste-ring a new generation of talents who are knowledgeable and passionate about agriculture are significant missions assigned to agricultural colleges and universities by the Party and the country in the new era.Northwest A&F University has made high-level innovation team construction a breakthrough point to enhance the comprehensive planning and deployment of organized scientific research.This study pro-vides an in-depth analysis of the development process over the past 70 years of the university's high-level research innovation team focused on the prevention and control of major wheat diseases,as well as the achievements in scientific research,talent cultivation,and social service.The paper introduces and shares the main practices and experiences,hoping to provide references for agricultural colleges and uni-versities in the new era to adhere to the"four orientations"and strengthen organized scientific research based on innovation team development.关键词
