人工智能赋能高校产教融合创新人才培养研究
Research on Artificial Intelligence Empowering the Cultivation of Innovative Talents in the Production-Education Integration in Colleges and Universities

Abstract
The integration of production and education has become a key means to promote the high-quality development of higher education in our country and promote our country into the world center of scientific and technological innovation.It also supports improving high-quality,innovative talent training in colleges and universities.With its powerful data processing capabilities and computing pow-er,artificial intelligence technology is reshaping the connotation and mode of production-education inte-gration.This study summarizes the development process of production-education integration and the em-powerment connotation of artificial intelligence.It summarizes the current predicaments faced by pro-duction-education integration:lacking of industry-led motivation,difficulties in integrating educational resources,and disconnection between university talent cultivation.It proposes three practical paths:reali-zing human-machine symbiotic teaching model,building shared resource platform,adjusting teaching structure and content.Empowering the integration of production and education in colleges and universi-ties with artificial intelligence technology seeks breakthrough directions for production-education inte-gration to achieve top-notch innovative talent training that meets high-quality development needs as val-uable references for innovative talent training in the integration of production and education in colleges and universities.关键词
