摘要

Abstract

In recent years,the global energy landscape has become deeply intertwined with geopolitics.National energy development and international energy cooperation are increasingly influenced by global power competition,which is driven by three key factors:rising geopolitical tensions worldwide,geopolitical concerns and actions by the accelerated transition to low-carbon energy systems,and the evolving role of the United States in the global energy arena.Against the backdrop of shifting geopolitics,China's energy system is confronted with increasingly complex and severe challenges,which are reflected in supply-side volatility in overseas oil and gas markets,military threats to maritime energy corridors and offshore oil and gas operations,vulnerabilities in the clean energy supply chain,external interference in hydropower development,and the growing risk of cyberattacks targeting energy infrastructure.The United States and some of its allies are among the primary contributors to the challenges facing China's energy security.Guided by a holistic approach to national security,China should adopt a systemic approach to ensure comprehensive security,foster mutually beneficial cooperation to achieve shared security,and manage major power relations to promote inclusive security.
