Professor Li Shenghua's Methods and Strategies for the Stepwise Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation
摘要
Abstract
The article summarizes professor Li Shenghua's stepwise treatment for lumbar disc herniation(LDH)encompassing non-surgical treatment(including bed rest,medicine,manipulation and physical therapy),minimally invasive techniques(such as uniportal endoscopic surgery and unilateral biportal endoscopy surgery)and lumbar spinal fusion,which emphasizes the rational selection of the stepwise treatment plans and the precautions to be taken in its application.Stepwise therapeutic mode,designed to provide patients with persona-lised and precise treatment options,could improve patient satisfaction,optimize the allocation of medical resources and promote the development of spine surgery.关键词
