"肺为娇脏"在内伤杂病中的内涵
On the Connotation of"Lung is a Delicate Organ"in Internal Injuries and Miscellaneous Diseases
摘要
Abstract
The intrinsic connection between the lung and the viscera is discussed from the angle of internal injuries and miscellaneous diseases."Five viscera and six Fu-organs may cause cough,not only the lung disease",the idea expounded the extent of the disease,the diseases of five viscera and six Fu-organs present their own symptoms,cough suggests a mild condition,diarrhea and pain indicate more serious condition.The lung and the other four viscera interact with each other by ascending and descending,reinforcing,overcoming and restraining,the lung and large intestine are related to each other in an external and internal relationship.The lung regulates Qi,connects all the vessels and transports water,therefore,among the internal injuries and miscellaneous diseases,Qi disease,blood disease and phlegm-drink initially damaged the lung,in addition,the lung is a delicate organ,easily being damaged.The connection between the internal organs is the physiological foundation of lung among internal injuries and miscellaneous diseases,while the physiological function and the characteristics of lung is the key to the pathology of lung in internal injuries and miscellaneous diseases,internal injuries and miscellaneous diseases are mainly related to visceral dysfunction,pathological products including Qi stagnation,blood stagnation and phlegm drink;the lung bears the formation of Qi stagnation,blood stagnation and fluid metabolism disorder,phlegm drink.关键词
