Collecting and Determining the Clinical Issues for Guideline for Diagnosis and Treatment of Advanced Colorectal Cancer Via Expert Interview and Questionnaire Survey

Abstract
Objective:To provide the targets for the contents to be answered in the guideline for diagnosis and treatment of advanced colorectal cancer by collecting and determining clinical issues for the guideline.Methods:The task force on the guideline collected preliminary clinical issues via literature retrieval and expert interview,and broadly consulted the medical expert,pharmacists,methodologist and the patients all over the country through two rounds of Delphi method,consequently confirm the final clinical issues.Results:All 13 clinical problems were confirmed primarily via literature retrieval and expert interview.The extensive research was conducted in 15 provinces and municipalities(31 hospitals)on 13 clinical problems,the valid clinical problems with importance scores≥4.0 and the ones collected by open-ended questionnaire were included in the second round of consensus meeting of the nominal group.Consequently,six clinical problems that urgently need to be addressed in the guidelines were confirmed.Conclusion:Clinical issues on the guideline collected via expert interview and questionnaire survey,showing good representation and convergence of expert views,could provide the reference and work foundation for the following compiling of the guidelines.关键词
