血清同型半胱氨酸水平与老年H型高血压患者认知衰弱的关系
Relationship between serum homocysteine level and cognitive frailty in elderly patients with H-type hypertension

Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship between serum homocysteine(Hcy)level and cognitive weakness in eld-erly H hypertensive patients.Methods A total of 146 elderly patients with H-type hypertension admitted to Xuanwu Hospital of Cap-ital Medical University from 2022 to 2023 were selected.According to whether they had cognitive frailty,they were divided into cogni-tive frailty group(31 cases)and non-cognitive frailty group(115 cases).Multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the in-fluencing factors of cognitive frailty,and ROC curve was used to analyze the predictive value of risk model for cognitive frailty.Results There were significant differences in age,Hcy,serum creatinine(Scr),blood uric acid(BUA),cystatin C(CysC)and vitamin D levels between the cognitive frailty group and the non-cognitive frailty group(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age,Hcy,Scr,BUA,CysC,vitamin D were the independent influencing factors of cognitive frailty(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the AUC of serum Hcy level in predicting cognitive frailty in elderly patients with H-type hypertension was 0.878(95%CI:0.812-0.944,P<0.001),the optimal threshold was 17.655 μmol/L,the sensitivity was 8.71%,the specificity was 7.22%,and the maximum Youden index was 0.593.Conclusion There is a significant positive correlation between serum Hcy level and cognitive frailty in elderly patients with H-type hypertension,suggesting that Hcy may be a potential biomarker for cognitive frailty.关键词
