摘要

Abstract

Nickel-based superalloys prepared by selective laser melting(SLM)are widely used in aerospace,oil drilling and other fields.However,improper SLM processes can easily cause microstructure defects in nickel-based superalloys,such as spheroidization,porosity and cracks.Therefore,the causes of defects in the SLM process of nickel-based superalloys were analyzed,and methods to eliminate microstructure defects and improve material properties were summarized,providing a reference for the SLM preparation of defect-free and high-performance nickel-based superalloys.
