摘要

Abstract

In order to solve the problem of high nitrogen stainless steel pipe used in oil and gas field,the experimental study of strength and toughness,pitting corrosion,corrosion performance under simulated CO2 condition,corrosion performance in simulated acidification and flowback fluid after acidification operation were carried out.The microstructure and surface morphology of the sample were analyzed by tools such as Metallographic Microscope,scanning Electron Microscopy and LSCM etc.The results showed that the trial-produced high-nitrogen stainless steel pipe with 110 ksi steel grade had excellent strength and toughness,excellent resistance to chloride pitting corrosion and uniform corrosion in high chloride ion or high salinity CO2 solution to meet the requirements of API 5CRA standard for 110 ksi grade 22-5-3 corrosion-resistant alloy pipes,superior to that of 2205 stainless steel.The high nitrogen stainless steel has superior corrosion resistance to 2205 stainless steel in the acidification flowback solution at 150℃.However,the corrosion resistance of high nitrogen stainless steel is poor in the simulated 10%hydrochloric acidification condition at 150℃,so it is recommended to consider the application of anti-acidizing corrosion and corrosion inhibitor in the service of high temperature hydrochloric acid acidification.
