摘要

Abstract

In order to study the strength change of spiral submerged arc welding pipe after bending deformation,the bending test of hot rolled coil was carried out to obtain the curvature of the steel pipe after forming,and the Bauschinger effect of the coil was measured by comparing the tensile properties before and after bending.The results show that the yield strength of the sheet decreases when three bending modes A,B and C are adopted,in which the yield strength of the C bending mode decreases the most,while the yield strength of the A and B bending modes decreases less.For L485M steel grade,the Bauschinger effect value obtained by the laboratory simulation method is close to the Bauschinger effect value produced by the actual welded pipe forming,the difference is only 5 MPa.The method can predict Bauschinger effect quickly and efficiently before steel tube forming.
