摘要

Abstract

High frequency welding(HFW)pipes have been widely used in the oil and gas transportation field due to their high efficiency and low cost.However,the quality problems of weld seams have always been the key factor restricting their further development.By analyzing the principle of high-frequency welding and its application status in the oil and gas transportation field,this paper discusses the main quality problems of weld seams and elaborates on the control methods of key variables during the welding process(such as welding power,welding speed,welding squeeze,etc.),and proposes corresponding quality control measures,with the aim of providing theoretical guidance and practical reference for improving the quality of weld seams in high frequency welded steel pipes.
