Abstract
Kainite is an important mineral resource,and its products are widely used in many fields.In this paper,the decomposition process of kainite in Krulli deposit and its temperature influence law are studied in detail.A series of experiments have been carried out.The results show that the reduction of ore crushed particle size has no significant effect on the decomposition efficiency,but the adjustment of brine composition and the increase of solid/liquid ratio can effectively optimize the particle size distribution of decomposition products.The study results of the temperature influence effect of kainite decomposition show that the ore temperature and brine temperature have significant influence on the content of decomposition products of kainite.With the increase of brine temperature,the contents of kainite and potash increase first and then decrease,and the contents of rock salt and kainite decrease first and then increase.In addition,when the ore temperature increases,the content of kainite decreases,and the content of rock salt,kainite and potash increases.Therefore,the decomposition of kainite and potash can be promoted by appropriately increasing the brine temperature during the decomposition of kainite,but too high temperature may lead to adverse side effects,resulting in a decrease in the decomposition yield.This study provides important theoretical basis and technical support for the development and utilization of kainite resources in Krulli deposit.关键词
