摘要

Abstract

The phosphate ore in a place of Chengde is high phosphorus,low iron,and high titanium ore.The P2O5 grade is 9.16%~24.62%,the TFe grade is 9.97%~11.84%,and the TiO2 content is 4.67%~6.07%in the ore.The ore has good sortability.Due to the high phosphorus grade of the tailings obtained from the direct dry separation of crushed materials,consequently,the loss of phosphorus resources is serious and the production cost is high.In order to improve the grade of the selected ore and increase the phosphorus recovery rate,the tailings disposal process after crushing the phosphate ore is optimized through technological transformation.A new type of high-intensity magnetic dry separator is used to further process the-20+16mm dry tailings.After the technological transformation,the P2O5 grade of the selected ore is effectively improved by about 2%.
