甘氨酸浸取电石渣中钙离子试验研究
Experimental study on the extraction of calcium ions from calcium carbide slag by glycine leaching

Abstract
Calcium carbide slag is an industrial waste residue mainly composed of calcium hydroxide,with a high content of calcium resources.This article uses glycine as an leaching agent to react with calcium hydroxide in calcium carbide slag to generate soluble calcium salts,achieving the separation of calcium resources from insoluble impurities.The experiment explored the Ca2+leaching rate under different water usage,glycine dosage,reaction temperature,and reaction time,and explored the mechanism of glycine leaching for impurity removal by analyzing the composition of the leaching solution and filter residue.The results show that under the conditions of m(water)∶m(carbide slag)∶m(glycine)=20∶1∶2,reaction time of 20 min,and reaction temperature of 25℃,the Ca2+leaching rate reach the highest value of 88.11%;Using glycine as a leaching agent can remove impurities such as Mg,Al,and Fe from the calcium carbide slag leaching solution,which may be due to the precipitation of Al,Fe,and Mg impurities in the form of hydroxide precipitates at a pH of 10~11 in the leaching solution.The main components in the filter residue are coke,calcium carbonate,and boehmite.关键词
