Research progress on the relationship between glutamate transporters,neuroinflammaion and epilepsy
摘要
Abstract
Epilepsy is a neurological disease characterized by recurrent seizures.Glutamate transporters and neuroinflammation are related to the onset and development of epilepsy.The activation and lytic regulation of inflammatory cells and related factors in neuronal tissue will destroy the integrity of the blood-brain barrier,and the destruction of the integrity of the blood-brain barrier is a key factor in the development of epilepsy.This article reviews the relationship among glutamate,glutamate transporters,neuroinflammation,blood-brain barrier integrity and epilepsy,so as to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of epilepsy.关键词
