朱莹从"肝与大肠相通"辨治溃疡性结肠炎经验探析
Professor ZHU Ying's experience in pattern-differentiating and treating ulcerative colitis based on the concept of"interconnection between the liver and large intestine"
摘要
Abstract
Ulcerative colitis(UC)is a chronic disease characterized by recurrent episodes.Chinese Medicine(CM)therapy has been shown to effectively manage the active phase of this disease,alleviate symptoms,reduce the recurrence rate,and demonstrate minimal toxic or side effects.Professor ZHU Ying differentiates the patterns of UC and treats them based on the theory of"interconn-ection between the liver and large intestine".She holds that emotional distress impairs the liver function in regulating qi flow and thus disrupts the normal qi movement,which leads to qi stagnation and the resultant accumulation of damp-heat in the intestines,thereby causing the disease.Therefore,therapeutic methods of soothing the liver and relieving depression,regulating qi and eliminating dampness,and clearing heat and cooling blood are proposed,supplemented by psychological counseling and dietary advice.This paper summarizes Professor Zhu's experience in treating UC based on the theory of"interconnection between the liver and large intestine",covering the theoretical connotations,therapeutic methods and medication,as well as pattern differentiation and treatment.Additionally,it includes a case study to support the discussion.关键词
