竹柏腋芽离体培养再生芽诱导体系中激素配比优化研究
Optimization of Hormone Ratios in the Regenerated Shoot Induction System for in vitro Culture of Nageia nagi Axillary Buds

Abstract
Nageia nagi axillary buds were cultured in vitro in the basic media of MS supplemented with different mass ratios of NAA and 6-BA.The effects of different treatments on callus formation and regenerated shoot induction were observed to identify the optimal hormone ratio for callus and regenerated shoot induction systems.The results showed that both NAA and 6-BA had highly significant impacts on callus formation and shoot differentiation from stem-attached axillary buds of N.nagi and they exerted evident interactive effects.NAA had stronger effect on callus induction than 6-BA,and the optimal hormone combination was 0.50 mg/L 6-BA+0.05 mg/L NAA.For shoot differentiation from callus,6-BA had stronger effect than NAA,and the optimal hormone combination was 0.50 mg/L 6-BA+0.10 mg/L NAA.关键词
