张简斋辨治胃脘痛经验撷菁
Clinical Experience of Zhang Jianzhai in Treating Epigastric Pain

Abstract
Epigastric pain is a common and frequent digestive system disease in clinical practice.This paper systematically reviewed the medical records of Zhang Jianzhai on the diagnosis and treatment of epigastric pain and summarized his medication ideas and experience in the treatment of epigastric pain.It is found that Zhang Jianzhai has paid attention to the protection of the spleen and stomach in clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment and taken into account the liver and kidney.In addition,he used eight methods flexibly in the treatment.For those with blood stasis and phlegm turbidity in the stomach,a self-made Qingwei Huotan prescription was used to clear the stomach and eliminate phlegm.For patients with liver and stomach diseases,a self-made Hechang Shuhua prescription could soothe the liver and stomach;for patients with liver-muling stomach,a rigid-flexible compound prescription was used to soften the liver and nourish the stomach;for those with insufficient middle Yang,Xiaojianzhong Decoction was used to build middle.Qi.Zhang Jianzhai is versed in drug properties and medication precision,providing inspiration for current clinical practice.关键词
